EAGLE CARE - GOLD Plan

The Premier Plan for your business.

Peace of Mind. We provide you with network peace of mind and guaranteed uptime. Eagle Networks will work with you to understand your business availability needs and budget concerns. We will run a baseline assessment of your existing infrastructure to understand potential issues or weaknesses. We then tailor a service level agreement (SLA) that defines your needs and satisfies your expectations. All of these services are included in your fixed monthly fee.

Cost Control.  We provide you with a near fixed-cost model for your IT spending.  You may have a part cost now and again, but by and large, you will not spend any more for ongoing maintenance and optimal performance of your IT systems.  EAGLE CARE Gold clients know how much they will spend and can initiate a working IT budget once and for all.

Eagle Care utilizes our network operation center that monitors and manages your IT and security infrastructure 24X7. Our offerings are designed specifically for IT service and support and play an integral role in effective IT management. The result: IT management you need, when you need it. EAGLE CARE GOLD is the cornerstone of our service plans.

Description

Server Management

Monitor and manage server performance for critical issues, O/S patch management, Exchange, SQL.

LAN Management

Monitor and manage client routers, switches, internet connection to ensure traffic is moving and resources are available.

Backup Management

Monitor and manage backup success/failures.  Ensure that client is getting good backups. 

Security Management

Monitoring the client’s firewalls, anti-virus definitions and patch levels to ensure that the security solution is always updated.

IT Consulting

Present reports to client at least quarterly to review IT performance and make recommendations.

Preventive Maintenance

Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on client equipment to keep them operating better and longer, thus reducing hardware failures that impact their networks.

Workstation Management

Monitor and manage workstations performance for critical issues, O/S patch management

Helpdesk

Maintain helpdesk for end-user support and questions.

Time and Materials Repair Work

Assign highest priority in the service queue over Bronze, Silver and regular time and materials service calls.  Shortest time to repair.  Only charge for parts.

Self-service Portal Create and monitor trouble tickets, get a snapshot in real time of your network conditions.

Extended Hours Support

Provide access to our after-hours technicians.

Printer Management

Monitor client printers to ensure good availability, toner, errors, and note page counts.
