The EAGLE CARE service plans (Bronze, Silver and Gold) are offered with various levels of support to fit your business needs. Every plan includes 24x7 automated monitoring of your critical network devices with real-time alerts and access to our client portal. Details on each plan are below. Purchases of hardware, software, and special projects would be in addition to these plans.
