For the smaller company poised for growth,
EAGLE CARE BRONZE Plan is an excellent point of entry for managed services. We will make an assessment to address your most crucial technology needs to help your business grow for tomorrow. This proactive program includes many of the same benefits as EAGLE CARE Silver and Gold Plans, such as reduced network downtime and more predictable IT spending patterns. 24/7 Monitoring and Self-service Portal are included in the monthly fee.

EAGLE CARE BRONZE will reduce downtime by dramatically shortening the time from failure to resolution. EAGLE CARE will monitor the availability of your critical services and at the first sign of trouble immediately inform you of the issue or, if preauthorized, our technicians can immediately begin the remediation process – you’ll never know there was a failure.

Server Monitoring

Monitor server performance for critical issues.

Workstation Monitoring

Monitor workstation performance for critical issues.

LAN/Internet Performance Monitoring

Monitor client routers, switches, internet connection to ensure traffic is moving and resources are available.

Backup Monitoring

Monitor backup success/failures.  Ensure that client is getting good backups.

IT Consulting

Present reports to client at least quarterly to review IT performance and make recommendations.

Time and Materials Repair Work

Assign higher priority in the service queue over regular time and materials service calls.  Short time to repair.

Self-service Portal Create and monitor trouble tickets, get a snapshot in real time of your network conditions.
