excellent point of entry for managed services. We will make an
assessment to address your most crucial technology needs to help your
business grow for tomorrow. This proactive program includes many of the
same benefits as EAGLE CARE
Silver and Gold Plans,
such as
reduced network downtime and more predictable IT spending patterns. 24/7
Monitoring and Self-service Portal are included in the monthly fee.
EAGLE CARE BRONZE will
reduce downtime by dramatically shortening the time from failure to
resolution. EAGLE CARE
will monitor the
availability of your critical services and at the first sign of trouble
immediately inform you of the issue or, if preauthorized, our technicians can immediately
begin the remediation process – you’ll never know there was a failure.
